Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-IT functions
Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business and workforce requirements.
Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, agencies, and other sourcing channels.
Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
Manage offer negotiation, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant experience in non-IT hirings such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, Customer Service, Administration, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
