Job Summary-

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Finance (TDS Compliance) to support TDS-related statutory compliance and finance operations. The role involves accurate TDS deduction, timely deposit, return filing, reconciliations, and maintaining compliance with Income Tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Calculate and deduct TDS on salaries, vendor payments, qualified fees, rent, contractor payments, and other applicable transactions.
Ensure timely deposit of TDS as per statutory due dates.
Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc.).
Process correction/revised TDS returns whenever required.
Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16 and Form 16A).
Reconcile TDS deducted with books of accounts, Form 26AS, and TRACES.
Prepare monthly and quarterly TDS reports.
Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for audits and compliance.




Stay updated with changes in TDS provisions and ensure timely implementation.
Assist in responding to TDS notices and queries from the Income Tax Department.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants to resolve TDS-related matters.
Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in TDS compliance and finance operations.

Technical Skills
Working knowledge of the Income Tax Portal, TRACES, Computax, and ERP/Accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of TDS provisions under the Income Tax Act.
