Job Requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience working in a BPO/Call Centre industry is preferred.
