Handle fabrication production activities and shop-floor operations.
Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with QA, design, and planning teams.
Read fabrication drawings and manage production workflow.
Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are maintained.
Manage manpower and machine utilization effectively.
Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.
