Role & responsibilities

Classroom Management: Maintain a protected, engaging, and well-organized learning workplace for young children. • Lesson Planning: Create and deliver play-based and developmentally appropriate lesson plans in alignment with the early childhood curriculum. • Child Development: Monitor, assess, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child, tailoring approaches to individual needs. • Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings. • Activity Organization: Organize and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to enhance children's learning and creativity. • Collaboration:



Work closely with teaching assistants and participate in teacher training sessions, school events, and extracurricular activities to ensure a holistic learning experience for children

Preferred candidate profile

A recognized ECCED/Montessory/D.ed/NTT certification or diploma. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners. • Ability to foster a creative and stimulating setting. • Prior experience in pre-primary teaching is preferred. • Only female candidates with age below 45 years are eligible for this position
