Position Name: Veeva vault Analyst : RIM / Safety / Quality - Multiple roles

Role Summary: Support and maintain business-critical Veeva Vault RIM / Quality / safety based applications, ensuring system stability, regulatory compliance, data integrity and audit readiness while partnering with global business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Veeva Vault RIM / quality /safety and related Veeva applications.
Ensure application availability, incident resolution, and SLA compliance.
Understand and support Regulatory Affairs business processes and integrations.
Maintain regulatory data quality, integrity, and governance controls.
Support audits, inspections, CSV activities, and compliance requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and Veeva Managed Services.
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices.




Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and support documentation.
Collaborate with global stakeholders across Regulatory, Quality, and IT functions.
3+ years of Veeva Vault support experience.
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM / Quality/ Safety
Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
Knowledge of GxP, CSV, audit, and inspection readiness.
Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
