Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company culture and role requirements.
Source and screen candidates using various platforms such as job portals, databases, and references.
Create and maintain job descriptions, post job openings, and track hiring analytics.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Plan and execute selection procedures, including assessments, screening calls, and in-person interviews.
Negotiate salary and employment terms.
Prepare job offer letters and employment contracts.
Employee Engagement & Onboarding
Develop and implement effective onboarding plans, including induction and training programs.
Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
Oversee probationary evaluations and provide necessary feedback.
Design and implement employee motivation and recognition programs.
Address employee grievances promptly and effectively.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records,
including joining formalities and exit processes.
Assist in implementing HR systems, policies, and initiatives to improve efficiency.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, KRAs, and KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors & masters degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Robust knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in HR Management Software and ATS systems.
