Design&develop; training materials as required for coaching purpose
Aware of all training related metrics ie;TNA,TNI,throughput and many more
Required Candidate profile
Min. 2 years of experience.as a Trainer on papers for an international process in BPO
Open to work in rotational shifts&Offs;
Aware about TNA&TNI; process
Excellent Communication & presentation skills
