Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Documentation who can bridge the gap between engineering and marketing. This person will hold a working understanding of electronics and technical products, and will be responsible for organizing information, preparing structured documents and presentations, and collaborating closely with the graphic design team to translate technical content into transparent, visually appealing flyers and marketing materials. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly grasp technical and business context are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, edit, and maintain technical documentation, datasheets, product notes, and internal reports.
Build clean, well-structured Excel sheets for data tracking, comparisons, BOMs, and reporting purposes.
Create qualified PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews, customer meetings, and product briefings.
Work together with the graphic designer to convert technical/product information into flyers, brochures, and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy is not lost in translation.
Gather inputs from engineers/FAEs and quickly grasp the technical context of a product or situation to represent it correctly in documents and marketing material.




Coordinate between technical teams and design/marketing teams to keep messaging consistent and on schedule.
Proofread and standardize formatting across documents to maintain a consistent company style and tone.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with collaborating alongside design tools/teams is a plus, though not required to operate the design software directly.
