Responsible for handling HVAC Sites for the execution as per bar chart. • Knowledge of Head Load, Equipment Selection, Preparation of BOQ. • Valuable working knowledge of HVAC Sites and evaluating the Drawings, BOQs, estimates etc. • Coordination with Consultants, Architects, clients & contractors. • Ensuring satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Ductable unit etc. , • Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites. • Anchoring in office construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and effective resource utilization to maximize output. • Knowledge of AutoCAD. • Submission of MIS Reports. • Must have own vehicle.
