Requirements Gathering & Design
Conduct business blueprint/discovery workshops to gather, document, and analyze HR and workforce management requirements.
Map standard and custom MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, Business Rules, and workflows to support client policies.
Integration & Data Management
Ensure seamless integration of EC Time Management with Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, and third-party time clocks.
Configure SuccessFactors Integration Center and utilize SAP CPI/BTP for advanced data exchange.
Testing & Go-Live Support
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing cycles.
Manage data migration activities, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support.
