Job Description:

The Fabric Sales Head Europe US Market will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue and profitability targets for fabric sales across India. The role requires robust expertise in textile markets, customer acquisition, strategic planning, and sales leadership.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute domestic sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and acquire new customers across garment manufacturers, exporters, brands, retailers, buying houses, and fabric traders.
Drive order bookings, customer retention, and market expansion across key textile hubs.
Key Account Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Identify current business opportunities and growth segments.
Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and market penetration strategies.
Sales Operations & Execution
Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
Monitor order fulfillment, inventory planning, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to commercial terms.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the domestic sales and merchandising teams.
Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance review mechanisms.
Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10+years of experience in fabric sales, textile marketing, or business development.
Strong network within garment manufacturers, brands, exporters, buying houses, and textile traders.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
