Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly. Handle shiprocket panel and book despatch of orders.
Convert leads into paying customers by upselling relevant products or services.
Meet sales targets on whatsapp queries, abandoned carts and liquidation of ageing inventory by upselling and cross selling.
Manage orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely processing and retention.
Engage with customers through outbound sales campaigns to drive conversions.
Provide excellent customer engagement through effective communication skills with repeat customers and convince COD customers to convert to prepaid.
Convert abandoned carts and whatsapp queries to confirmed orders and achieve sales targets.
Execute bulk purchase orders for corporate gifting and earn incentive on the same.
