Provide production support for Java-based applications.
Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.
Analyze application logs and identify root causes.
Resolve incidents and production defects within defined SLAs.
Work with development, QA, infrastructure and business teams for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support application deployments, releases and production changes.
Participate in incident, problem and change management activities.
Ensure high availability and stability of payment applications.
Prepare and maintain technical and support documentation.
