Role & responsibilities
Review drawings, specifications & scope for fire protection projects.
Prepare accurate QTO, BOQ & BOM.
Estimate material, manpower, equipment & subcontractor costs.
Source, evaluate & negotiate supplier/vendor quotations.
Prepare technical & commercial proposals and tender submissions.
Conduct site surveys and identify project requirements/challenges.
Perform value engineering for cost optimization while maintaining safety & compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of Fire Protection Systems: Sprinkler, Hydrant, Foam, CO, FM-200, etc.
Understanding of hydraulic calculations and fire protection system design.
Knowledge of NFPA standards and local Civil Defense/Fire Safety regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam & MS Office.
Solid analytical, estimation, costing & vendor coordination skills.
Experience in tendering, bidding & cost estimation is preferred.
