We are looking for a Manager - Social Media to help shape, scale and develop new social media initiatives to drive organic leads for current and new programs across a portfolio of 8 partner universities.
Responsibilities
Ideate, create, and publish engaging school-approved content on program social media pages
Closely monitor user engagement on all program pages and interact with prospects via comments to drive conversions
Identify recent opportunities and develop new social media initiatives to drive organic leads for current and recent programs
Liaise with writers and designers to develop content, whenever required
Collaborate with the global product marketing team to ensure that the messaging on social media pages is in line with the school/program messaging and guidelines
Analyze, review, and report the effectiveness of organic efforts to maximize results
Undertake user sentiment analysis for all senior executive programs and report them to internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
Stay up-to-date with current digital technologies and social media best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in either marketing, business, or a related field
