Bharadwaj Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to handle the installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of fitness equipment at customer locations.
The ideal candidate should have an ITI qualification in Fitter, Mechanical, or a related trade, along with strong basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission fitness equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose technical and mechanical issues with fitness equipment.
Carry out repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently after servicing.
Travel to customer sites as required for installation and service assignments.
Maintain qualified communication and provide quality service to customers.
Complete service-related documentation and report equipment issues when required.
Follow all safety procedures and company service standards.
Candidate Requirements
ITI qualification in Fitter, Mechanical, or a related trade.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
Prior experience in equipment servicing or field technician roles will be an advantage.
Must own a two-wheeler.
Must possess a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.
