Key Responsibilities Recruitment
Understand manpower requirements from respective departments.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Negotiate salaries and discuss employment terms.
Generate offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Onboarding
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and document collection.
Share joining instructions and company policies with selected candidates.
Prepare onboarding documentation, employee files, and HR records.
Coordinate with Admin and IT teams for workstation, email ID, and asset allocation.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.




Ensure completion of joining formalities, including forms, agreements, and compliance documents.
Maintain employee database and onboarding trackers.
Support recent employees during the initial onboarding period.

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Qualification
MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or any graduate degree.

Preferred Qualifications
Internship or experience in Recruitment/HR Operations.
Knowledge of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
