Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to defined quality standards and SLAs.
Provide feedback, call listening sessions, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Identify performance gaps and work with Operations & Training teams on improvement plans.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and performance analysis.
Handle quality escalations, RCA, and corrective action plans.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an International E-Commerce/BPO setting.
E-Commerce Seller Support experience preferred.
Graduate from a recognized university.
