Role Summary
Lead the configuration and optimization of Veeva Vault applications, translating business requirements into compliant, scalable solutions while ensuring adherence to Life Sciences regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Veeva Vault configuration activities, including workflows, lifecycles, objects, security, and business rules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
Support implementations, enhancements, releases, and production support activities.
Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and change management requirements.
Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices to configuration teams.
Required Skills
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Veeva Vault configuration.
Solid expertise in Veeva Vault applications (RIM, Clinical, PromoMats).
Hands-on experience with workflows, lifecycles, security, and data models.
Experience in regulated Life Sciences settings.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
Veeva Vault Certification(s).
Knowledge of validation (CSV/CSA), GxP, and release management
