Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Java, and Spring Boot.
Design and develop REST/SOAP APIs and microservices.
Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.
Write unit, integration, regression, and performance tests.
Follow TDD, CI/CD, Agile, DevOps, and software craftsmanship practices.
Use AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
Review AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and accuracy.
Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other engineering teams.
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and demonstrations.
Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace or Splunk.

Preferred candidate profile
6+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
Solid experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular/Vue.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5,



and CSS3.
Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.
Experience with GCP / Google Cloud Platform or equivalent cloud platform.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, or Selenium.
Hands-on experience with at least one AI-native coding tool such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
Understanding of AI/LLM integration concepts.
