Job Description :
Carry out wheel and bogie inspection of railway coaches/wagons as per prescribed inspection procedures and standards.
Inspect wheel, axle, bogie components and associated systems for defects, wear, damage and abnormalities.
Record inspection findings, measurements and defects accurately and prepare inspection reports.
Assist in identifying safety-critical defects and coordinate with the concerned team for necessary corrective action.
Ensure compliance with applicable railway safety, quality and inspection procedures at the project site.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile :
B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical.
Experience in NDT, wheel & axle, bogie or railway inspection preferred.
Knowledge of UT/USFD, MPT, DPT and Visual Inspection.
Candidates with Railway/Rolling Stock/Heavy Engineering experience preferred.
Valuable inspection, reporting and safety awareness.
