Experience in US IT, Non- IT, Life Sciences, Construction & Property and Bulk Hiring, full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening / conducting telephonic interview, coordination and candidate engagement
Valuable working experience of job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder etc.
Good knowledge of various skills in the US Job Market tax terms, work authorizations, work types etc
Valuable in preparing and using search strings and techniques (Boolean, Xray searches etc.)
Positive communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook)
