Role Objective:

To lead and manage the execution of HVAC projects at site by overseeing installation, ducting, piping, chilled-water system works, and commissioning activities, ensuring timely project completion, quality standards, safety compliance, and successful handover documentation while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Description:
Monitor and drive the current status and progress of assigned HVAC projects, ensuring milestones and project targets are achieved.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to execute ducting, piping, chiller erection, and chilled-water system works.
Organize and manage site execution activities including erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Ensure completion of projects within planned timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.




Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and provide updates on project status, risks, and corrective actions.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and deliverables.
Prepare and manage project handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, commissioning reports, and vendor records.
Maintain accurate project documentation such as daily logs, site diaries, progress reports, and material records.
Identify project execution challenges and implement effective solutions to avoid delays.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams to ensure productive project execution.
