The Store Manager will lead daily operations at our retail location. This role focuses on optimizing staff performance, fostering teamwork, managing inventory for in-store services, and quickly resolving daily operational challenges.

Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations
Task Allocation: Assign explicit daily tasks and responsibilities to every staff member.
Team Coordination: Lead staff members to collaborate effectively and work as a cohesive team.
Performance Monitoring: Ensure team compliance with store policies and customer service standards.
Attendance & Scheduling: Manage staff duty schedules, shifts, and leaves.

Inventory Management
Service Inventory: Maintain, track, and manage inventory specifically required for in-store services.
Stock Auditing: Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
Procurement:



Coordinate orders for fresh stock and essential store supplies.

Problem Solving & Quality Control
Issue Resolution: Use a proactive problem-solving mindset to handle customer complaints swiftly.
Operational Troubleshooting: Resolve internal staff conflicts or daily store logistical glitches calmly.
Store Upkeep: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Preferred candidate profile
Assigning work to every staff member in store.
Co-ordinating with staff to make sure that everybody works as a team.
Having a problem solving mindset.
Taking care of inventory for the instore services.
Candidate should have atleast 5 years of experience.
