Job Responsibilities:
Generate and source car loan leads through dealers, referrals, and direct customers.
Guide customers on car finance products and eligibility criteria.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain relationships with auto dealers and customers.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0 to 3 years of experience in car finance, banking, NBFC, or sales.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of vehicle loan processes is preferred.
