Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, shipping lines, and transporters for shipment processing.
Ensure all export documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and shipment documentation.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to the concerned teams and customers.
Verify shipping and commercial documents before submission to customs, banks, or other authorities.
Follow up on pending documents, approvals, customs clearance, and shipment requirements.
Maintain proper physical and digital records of export orders and shipment documents.
Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain shipment reports, export records, and documentation trackers.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; specialization in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
13 years of experience in export documentation/logistics is preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Positive understanding of export-import procedures and documentation.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
