Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily site work including plastering/ pop punning/gypsum plaster, Tile flooring and cladding, Granite/marble, painting, false ceilings, and carpentry.
Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and architects for smooth workflow.
Inspect incoming materials and monitor work quality to maintain industry standards.
Create and manage snag lists (punch lists) to identify and fix defects before handover.
Track project schedules, control material wastage, and prepare daily progress reports.
Preparing check lists and getting sign day to day basis from clients
Raising indents etc

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Proven site experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out High rise construction projects.
Robust knowledge of finishing materials, application methods, and quality parameters.
Familiarity with safety regulations and site compliance protocols.
Proficiency in technical drawing review and basic project tools like AutoCAD or MS Excel
