Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Banking / Core Banking Consultant with 8+ years of experience in the banking and financial services domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in data migration, core banking implementation/rollout, testing, validation, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of banking business processes and financial terminology.
Valuable knowledge of at least 2 banking areas: Trade,



CASA, GL, Markets/Treasury, or Payments.
Experience in data migration from legacy/old systems to new or core banking systems.
Experience across the complete migration lifecycle, including:
Data mapping and transformation
Data validation and reconciliation
SIT and UAT
Experience in core banking implementation, upgrade, or rollout is preferred.
Ability to analyse data discrepancies and coordinate with technical and business teams for resolution.
Robust understanding of migration testing, data quality, reconciliation, and defect management.
Ability to work effectively with business users, technology teams, QA teams, ramaproject teams, and implementation partners.
