Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure recruitment. The ideal candidate should have positive understanding of technical profiles and experience hiring for infrastructure roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors and other channels.
Understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates.
Coordinate technical interviews, feedback, offers and joining.
Manage candidate engagement and ensure smooth closure of positions.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and daily hiring updates.
Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements and maintain quality of profiles.
Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure
Candidates with recruitment experience for any of the following roles will be preferred:
Desktop Engineer / Desktop Support
Network Administrator / Network Engineer
Cyber Security
Network Security
End User Support
MDM Engineer
Server / System Administration
IT Infrastructure Support
Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years of IT Recruitment experience, preferably in IT Infrastructure.
Positive understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and job profiles.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
Robust follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
Immediate Joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
