Role Title:

Advisor Soundboard Program - Non Voice

Role Summary:

Responsible for generating qualified leads through scripted outbound calls using the soundboard platform. Requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage prospects professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Use the soundboard tool to make outbound calls introducing the clients mortgage offerings.
Engage prospects, qualify leads based on defined criteria, and accurately document information.
Follow call scripts while maintaining a smooth and compliant conversation flow.
Meet daily/weekly lead generation and conversion targets.

KPIs:
Number of qualified leads generated per shift
Conversion rate aligned with client expectations
Call quality compliance
Script adherence

Requirements:
Robust listening and communication skills in English

5 DAYS work and 2 days rotational off

Fixed shift from 6.30 PM to 3.30 am

One way drop facility will be provided
