Job Summary:

We are looking for two Junior Diploma Engineers with a background in construction to support the execution and monitoring of infrastructure-related CSR projects. The role will also involve contributing to broader CSR initiatives, documentation, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Support planning, execution, and supervision of CSR construction projects (schools, sanitation, community infrastructure, etc.)
Conduct site visits and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local stakeholders
Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation (MIS, progress reports, etc.)
Support impact assessment and data collection for CSR initiatives




Contribute to non-construction CSR activities such as community engagement programs and events
Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory CSR guidelines

Key Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
Solid coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in field settings
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel to project sites

Preferred Attributes:
Exposure to CSR or development sector projects is an added advantage
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communities
