Role & Responsibilities : Senior Site Engineer.
Manage day-to-day site execution of residential High Rise Apartment construction
Execute works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Supervise RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishing & external development works
Coordinate with architects, structural & MEP consultants
Manage contractors, skilled labor, and site supervisors
Ensure quality standards and premium finishing levels suitable for High Rise Apartments projects
Prepare & verify measurements, RA bills, and contractor bills
Plan material requirements and control wastage
Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements
Maintain site documentation, DPRs, and progress reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
Experience:



7 to 9 years
Industry: Construction / Real Estate
