Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals with solid International Customer Support / Customer Experience experience to handle premium and high-value global customers through email and non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities
Handle premium/VIP international customer interactions through email and non-voice channels.
Manage complex queries, complaints and escalations independently.
Provide personalised resolutions and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
Demonstrate solid ownership, judgement and problem-solving skills.
Maintain excellent written English, email etiquette and attention to detail.





Requirements
Graduation mandatory.
2+ years of relevant international customer support experience mandatory.
Robust experience handling international/global customers.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in International Email / Non-Voice / Chat / Blended processes preferred.
Premium/VIP/high-value customer handling experience preferred.
Candidates with only domestic customer support experience will not be considered.
Male candidates only.
