Roles and Responsibilities
Implement our ERP at client factories in the steel fabrication and textile manufacturing sectors, taking each project from kick-off to go-live.
Travel to client plants for short visits (2 - 3 days at a time) to conduct in office training for shop-floor staff, engineers and management.
Study the client's existing processes estimation, BOM, production, dispatch, billing — and configure the ERP to match their way of working.
Gather and document client requirements clearly, and coordinate with the product and development teams to get them delivered.
Build robust client relationships through regular follow-up, prompt responses and driving actual day-to-day usage of the system.
Provide post go-live support, resolve queries and handle escalations until the client team is fully self-sufficient.

Ability to work independently at client sites and manage multiple implementations in parallel.
Willing to travel for short client visits across India.
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Production or Industrial Engineering preferred.
