Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

Configure modules related to finance, supply chain, and operations.
Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations and customizations as required.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Skills and Tools Required:
Robust understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Proficient in finance and supply chain management modules.
Solid experience in business process mapping and requirement gathering.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and version control systems.
Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools for data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.
