The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products and services, generating customer interest, and assisting in customer acquisition. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products, offers, and services over the phone.
Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
Encourage customers to complete purchases and avail ongoing promotions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily call targets and performance goals.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow company communication guidelines and sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Any 12th pass or Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, BBM, B.Sc., or equivalent).
Freshers can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of Kannada and other regional languages is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
