Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day accounting activities.
Review sales and purchase invoices and accounting entries.
Manage customer and vendor accounts.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare and review ageing reports and outstanding statements.
Coordinate with customers for payment follow-up and reconciliation.
Review bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
Monitor GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
Coordinate with CA / tax consultants for statutory compliance.
Review expense, payment and supporting documents.
Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and financial planning.
Support internal and external audits.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Pricing and Management teams.
Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
Assist the Accounts Manager / Management in finance-related projects and process improvements.




Support implementation and improvement of ERP/accounting systems and automation.

Candidate Profile:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
48 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, CHA or service industry preferred.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Robust MS Excel skills.
Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
Good understanding of receivables, payables and reconciliations.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
