We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for our voice process team who are fluent in Bengali and/or Hindi. This role involves engaging with customers through phone calls to provide excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers through voice calls in Bengali/Hindi to provide assistance and resolve queries.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in Bengali and/or Hindi with excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Robust problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers.
