Qualification:
M.A. in Hindi
B.Ed. mandatory (preferred for CBSE/ICSE schools)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (Classes 11 & 12)
Responsibilities:
Teach Hindi to Classes 11 & 12 as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments and question papers
Teach Hindi literature, grammar, writing skills, and comprehension
Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance
Prepare students for board exams and improve their writing & presentation skills
Encourage reading habits and literary discussions in class
Maintain discipline and create an interactive learning environment
Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, competitions & school events
Stay updated with syllabus changes and modern teaching techniques
Skills Required:
Robust command over Hindi language, grammar & literature
Positive communication and classroom management
Ability to explain concepts in a straightforward and effective manner
Familiarity with digital teaching tools (preferred)
