Job ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with customer leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Prepare quotations and explain package details.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
Requirements0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Travel Sales (Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi. English is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
