Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to queries regarding courses, fees, scholarships, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/lead management systems.
Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, or online counselling appointments.
Explain course perks, curriculum, duration, fees, and available offers/scholarships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission/conversion targets.
Coordinate with Academic Counsellors and the Admissions Team for successful enrolment.
Maintain skilled and positive communication with students and parents.
Provide timely follow-ups and ensure a smooth student experience throughout the admission journey.
