Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Take cake and bakery product orders over the phone.
Explain products, prices, offers, and availability to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and enquiries.
Coordinate with the production and delivery teams.
Maintain customer details and daily call records.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & Moderate English.
sales experience will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive convincing and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
