Responsibilities:
Calculation of fund settlements of fundraisers
Fund transfer of international and domestic donations
Verifying international transactions via emails
Resolve customer complaints & queries related to fund settlements
Resolve disputes and chargebacks raised on donations
Daily risk analysis of international transactions
Maintain various trackers and reports
Any other task which management deems fit

Requirements:
Positive communication skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of MIS office with skill in MS Excel and MS Word
Dynamic and able to take initiatives
Ability to multitask
Time management skills
Must have ability to work independently as well as in team
Qualification: Graduate
Total Experience: 1 to 3 years.
