Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding current employees.
Attendance , Salary Processing through Automatic HRMS , Employee Relationship Management
Administer employee perks programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and policies.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support business objectives and decision-making.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
