Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior execution work at the project site.
Study and interpret architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
Monitor activities such as:
False ceiling
Gypsum partition
Flooring and tiling
Painting and polishing
Carpentry and modular furniture
Glass and aluminium works
Electrical and lighting works
Plumbing and sanitary works
HVAC and other MEP coordination
Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper material utilization.
Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify delays.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Conduct inspections and prepare snag/punch lists.




Ensure proper finishing and rectification of defects before handover.
Follow site safety rules and ensure workers follow required safety practices.
Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, billing, and BOQ verification.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and requirements.
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain an organized work site.
Required Skills
Knowledge of interior fit-out and construction methods.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interior layouts.
Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and site measurements.
Positive knowledge of finishing materials and construction details.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage contractors and workers.
Problem-solving and site-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and project-reporting tools.
Knowledge of safety and quality-control procedures.
