Job Role: Operations Team Lead – Misrii
Role Purpose
To independently manage Misrii’s day-to-day operations and ensure consistent food quality, timely order fulfilment, disciplined teamwork, cost control, customer satisfaction and business growth across the kitchen, outlet and vending operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily kitchen production, packing and dispatch.
Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, portion size and presentation.
Implement and monitor SOPs, checklists and quality-control systems.
Manage staff attendance, scheduling, task allocation, training and performance.
Maintain inventory, control wastage and ensure timely procurement.
Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, complaints and service recovery.
Monitor outlet and vending-machine stock, sales and replenishment.
Support local promotions, business development and repeat-customer growth.
Track daily sales, expenses, food cost, stock variations and operational issues.
Submit accurate daily and weekly reports with pending tasks and corrective actions.
Coordinate with vendors, delivery staff,
institutional clients and management.
Identify operational problems early and take ownership until resolution.
