About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and communication-savvy Telecaller to join our team in the sports industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, sports academies, schools, colleges, clubs, coaches, retailers, and other sports-related businesses to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our products and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and inbound calls to customers and sports-related businesses.
Communicate with sports academies, schools, colleges, clubs, coaches, retailers, and distributors.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
Explain product features, availability, pricing, and offers clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.




Coordinate with the relevant internal team for product availability, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Collect customer feedback and market information.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and requests.
RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Hindi communication; basic to positive English preferred.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Interest in sports, fitness, or sporting goods will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in telecalling or customer support will be an added advantage.
