We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our skin and aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various clinic and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, WhatsApp, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/branch teams.




Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Work on bulk hiring and branch-wise recruitment requirements.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Coordinate with branch managers and management regarding manpower requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
