Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and finished goods.
Perform material receipt, inspection coordination, storage, and issuance activities.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
Track inventory movements and update records in SAP systems.
Handle inward and outward material transactions.
Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage.
Monitor stock discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
Maintain store-related records as per ISO standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.
Support ISO surveillance and certification auditsonduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock verification.
Reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
Support internal and external inventory audits.
Identify inventory variances and recommend corrective measures.
